Nxt MultiFit Head Support Contoured

This contoured head support from Nxt is compatible with any Nxt back system.  The quality layered foam in the cushion offers support and comfort.  The hardware offers a wide range of adjustment points to create the perfect setting for the user. In addition, a ‘flip back kit’ (NIB-1210) can provide the function to flip the head support back. All Nxt headrests come with a removable washable cover and a water-resistant wipe-down cover.
