Recovery from Surgery
Medical Conditions:
Broken femur
Ideal for surgery recovery lower limbs
When I had surgery on my femur i noticed that within a day that my heavy stagnant leg was starting to give me pressure pain on my heel. The hospital cotton heel protector cushion was uncomfortable, lifted my foot up high so it over extended my knee, and I had to ask staff to remove and reinstall the boot when i needed to use the bathroom. On top of this it didn’t relief my pain. Then I switched to the Maxxcare heelpro. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. It felt like putting my foot on a cloud. It felt secure and stable, didn’t overextend my knee, I could glide my foot with boot easily over the sheets to position, AND THE BEST PART… I didn’t have to ask for assistance to remove the boot when I left my bed. I could just keep the boot on and walk small distances. All hospitals should have these!

The boots are marvelous
Val is a lovely lady who is bed/chair bound due to CVA. She was complaining of sore heels, especially in the mornings when she woke up and whenever they elevate her legs in her chair. I got her a pair of the MaxXcare heel boots. The boots are marvelous she is not having to go back to bed because her feet are painful.
