Courier & Freight Deliveries

We strive to despatch items the same day we get payment confirmation, however, please allow 1-2 days for processing. Once your order is dispatched for delivery, you will receive a track and trace link to follow your delivery.  Delivery times below are estimates only and could vary on location and local disruptions.
• Estimated North Island delivery time: 1-3 days
• Estimated South Island delivery time: 5-8 days
Please keep in mind that these are approximate times, not guarantees. However, if you do have any difficulties, please contact us at 0800-238-523 and we will assist you. Unless otherwise specified, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

 

Collections

You will be informed when your order is available for pickup. Collections are available by arrangement from: Morton & Perry Limited, Unit 4, 39-45 Porana Road, Wairu Valley, North Shore. Collection hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders need to be collected within 5 working days. If you require collection beyond the 5 day period;  Please contact us at 0800-238-523 or if you have any queries about the status of your collection order.

 

Freight Deliveries

General Freight is a one-man delivery service that operates from door to door. This indicates that the item will be left at or beside your door, or at the end of your driveway. If the truck or vehicle is unable to enter your home, the item will be delivered curbside at the delivery location. This Freight service is contingent on the size of the goods, i.e. If the goods weigh more than 25kg, please be prepared to assist with the product’s unloading. Please have help on hand if the freighted item is extremely heavy, as standard freight does not cover numerous personnel or specialised equipment to transport or unload objects. We recommend that when transporting larger, heavier items, you ensure that the appropriate number of persons are there to carry the item from the truck, as the driver may be unwilling to assist. If the help provided for lifting is insufficient, the delivery may be rescheduled at a later day or time, and additional charges for redelivery or storage may apply. Please do not request that drivers hoist anything heavier than what OSH specifies or hoist products inside the residence; this is not covered by the freight delivery conditions.

All orders weighing more than 25kg are shipped through ordinary freight.
When transporting general freight, ensure that: 
• If the object cannot be lifted into the home or must be temporarily left outside, ensure that it is protected from snow, ice, rain, dust and theft.
• Be prepared to pay additional charges if the item requires redelivery or is unable to be removed from the vehicle.

General freight is a very basic destination-to-destination service that does not include any bells or whistles. This is a time- and cost-effective service. If you prefer a more personalised service, please notify us; this arrangement will incur an extra fee.
