This extra large head support from Nxt is compatible with any Nxt back system. The quality layered foam in the cushion offers support and comfort. The hardware offers a wide range of adjustment points to create the perfect setting for the user. In addition, a ‘flip back kit’ (NIB-1210) can provide the function to flip the head support back. All Nxt headrests come with a removable washable cover and a water-resistant wipe-down cover.
